FAQ’S

  • Our fee varies and is not one-size-fits-all, but will be between 15-25% of gross monthly revenue.

  • Yes! You can stay at your property for however long and whenever you wish. We ask that you book your time far enough in advance during available dates so that we don’t force a cancellation on a registered guest.

  • Wize is a Washington State-based and registered LLC, specializing in Western Washington markets. We have lived in or near, and have explored nearly all key locations along the I-5, I-90, SR-2, and SR-101 corridors. Our mailing address is in Poulsbo, WA.

  • Ongoing expenses, such as supply and amenity restocking, will come directly out of gross profits, separate from our management fee. The time spent handling these items is covered through our management fee. Only the cost of goods purchased is taken out of gross proceeds.

  • Yes. We require a minimum three month contract. Longer contracts may incorporate greater discounts. Once the minimum requirement is met, you may cancel at anytime with 30-days notice, with potential early cancellation fees. These are negotiable and will be detailed in your contract.
